The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security strategies, managing security personnel, mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, and company operations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the security team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance operations, and incident response protocols.
- Investigate security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across XtremeMax facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping operations, manage housekeeping staff, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure all areas meet company quality standards.
Role Overview
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness across office premises.
- Develop and maintain housekeeping schedules and task assignments.
- Inspect work areas regularly to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
- Manage housekeeping staff, including attendance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to report and address facility-related issues.
- Implement best practices for workplace sanitation and waste management.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and resolve cleanliness concerns.
